Melbourne/Yarra Valley (1) Cold Creek Mountain Winery (Coldstream Hills) was founded by Halliday couple James and Suzanne in 1985. Due to the impact of the economic depression, Lengxishan winery was sold, and James &bull; Halliday (James Halliday) also withdrew from the operation, but still living in the garden house, also continued to play a consultant role in the winery, and had a significant impact on its wine style. Today, the winery has become a representative of Australia&#39;s small wineries from the original 450 boxes of wine, which are exported to 16 countries and are disproportionately popular and the size of the winery. The Reserve series uses the best Pinot Noir in the garden, exuding a vibrant aroma of cherries, plums and rich berry fruit in the cup, the cascading taste and changing flavor, with moderate tannins and acidity, so that the sweet fruit flavor is more pleasing and elegant. The overall architecture is very balanced and it is indeed a rare quality Pinot Noir wine in Australia

Overlooking the vineyard tasting. The windows are large and stubborn with a sense of space. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. The place has a neighbouring restaurant. Other products wines are available for purchase.

Restaurants serving fine dishes, although this part is small - but not smaller than other restaurants serving fine dishes. The restaurant is not very friendly to vegetarians, but we enjoyed the dining experience very much. The service at the restaurant was good, the waiter was a bit cold at the beginning, but became a lot more welcoming at dinner. The wine and sake selection was great.
